AAUA/INDECENT DRESSING

THE INSTITUTION’S REGISTRAR, OLUGBENGA ARAJULU, GAVE THE STERN WARNING IN A CIRCULAR, DISCLOSING THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DIRECTIVE WOULD ATTRACT RUSTICATION FROM THE SCHOOL FOR A SEMESTER.

ACCORDING TO HIM, INDECENT DRESSING THAT WOULD NO LONGER BE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS INCLUDE, WEARING OF SKIMPY SKIRTS AND BLOUSES, LEAVING CLEAVAGES OPEN BY FEMALE STUDENTS, WEARING OF BRAIDS OR DREADLOCKS, EARRINGS, AND OTHERS BY SOME MALE STUDENTS.

OLUGBENGA, WHO URGED THE STUDENTS TO ADHERE TO THE NEW DIRECTIVES HOWEVER WARNED THAT ANYONE CAUGHT VIOLATING THE SENATE DECISION WOULD BE SANCTIONED ACCORDINGLY.
